Due to rising costs in helium, our Party To Go items are air-filled only.  This keeps costs down for our customers and gives us the opportunity to create bold, statement pieces for your party at a price you will love!

Transport Guarantee and Prep

GoGo's transport guarantee says if you follow our instructions below and get your balloons home and had something pop in transit, you can come back immediately and we will replace that item for you! We do not issue refunds for balloons popped in transit and if your vehicle is not prepped, our guarantee does not apply.

Clean your vehicle of any debris and make sure the back is EMPTY and seats are fully down before your pickup. This gets your balloons home in one piece, without popping.

Bring a vehicle that is large enough to fit your order. Balloon garlands and towers take up more space than most people think!

Pick Up

Your items will be ready for pickup on your scheduled pickup day. GoGo cannot accommodate changes to this date once it is within 3 days of your scheduled day.

Pickup hours on your scheduled day are :

Weekdays M-F : 9 am - 2 pm

Saturday : 8 am - 11 am

*we are sometimes able to accommodate alternate day/time requests, but this must be made BEFORE an item is ordered.

When you arrive :

Park near the red door on the front of the building and send us a text message that you have arrived! We will load your items up and bring them down to you.

If you would like to come up and see how to hang your garland before you leave, please park and head upstairs! We are the first door on the right.

Storage

Keep balloons in a temperature-controlled, dry area, away from sunlight until your event. 

Storing in dank basements, garages, and vehicles will reduce the longevity of your balloons. 

Keep balloons away from sharp objects, dry grass, brick and anything you would describe as "pokey"! Latex can withstand a lot of pushing and pulling, but even a mild poke can result in premature popping. 

Environment

Balloons will last longest indoors, however, GoGo uses high-quality brands that will hold up outdoors.  Here is what to expect!

Sunshine  :

This will matte your balloons, and some people LOVE this look. They will take on a super soft look outdoors. 

Products like Balloon Shine can be used to make your balloons stay glossy! Just be aware that they are SUPER messy because they are oil-based products and will leave a residue on everything they touch. 

Black balloons can pop in the sun, however, we have done full outdoor builds in black and have been okay! 

We fill your balloons for longevity, not fullness! Filling techniques are a big part of what sets apart professional builds, and increases the time that your balloons will last!

Extreme weather, dampness, heat and cold will reduce the life of the balloons.  Outdoor builds will look the best on the day of your event and it is expected to lose a few due to wind and weather popping balloons.  

Brick and textured walls can also pop balloons and are not advised for hanging balloons against.

Every time the balloons rub against a rough surface, it increases the risk for popping.
