If for any reason you need to return your items, we gladly accept returns or exchanges on unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us regarding your return to expedite the process. Returns must include order receipt or order number.

✓ Chalk & Double Stuff balloons cannot be returned if layers are separated.

✓ Due to the nature of our products, no items will be accepted past 45 days.
